Final certificates
These certificates are either required as a condition of development consent or are required under the Environmental Planning and Assessment Act, 1979 to be issued on completion of construction.
Sutherland Shire Certification Services (SSCS) can issue these certificates and reports for development where SSCS has been appointed as the Principal Certifying Authority (PCA).
