Construction certificate applications

These applications can take three different directions;

• Combined construction certificate applications - lodged at the same time as the development application.  Generally for the simpler applications, e.g. dwellings, pergolas etc.
  
  
• Non-combined applications - lodged after the development consent has been granted. Generally for the more complex applications, e.g. townhouses, villas or anything that has already received consent.
  
  
• Construction certificate applications for subdivisions are not issued by Sutherland Shire Certification Services.  These certificates are issued by Council's Environmental Application Assessment Teams.  Further information and application forms can be obtained from the Building and Development page on the main Sutherland Shire Council web site.
