Development policies

Development policies include local environmental plans, development control plans, developer contribution plans and other information.

• Some development applications may be assessed under a Joint Regional Planning Panel. This panel main function is to make decisions on applications for regionally significant development.

Web-based tools

DA (Development Application) Tracking Online This lets you track the progress of your development application as it goes through council's assessment process.

Development enquirer This tool lets you choose a property then find out what development controls (the 'rules and regulations') would apply to the type of development you are considering applying for.
