Material cannot be placed out prior to the Saturday before your clean-up date. Material placed out earlier is unauthorised and will be classified as illegally dumped.
To help us collect your clean-up material, place it on the outer edge of the footpath in front of your property as close as practical to the side of your driveway or at the designated point of collection by 5am the morning of your collection. Please do not place your material under trees, low power lines or other overhead obstructions.
Please do not place your clean-up material in the gutter - it may end up in our stormwater system and in our waterways. Please avoid parking vehicles in front of clean-up material as this will hinder our ability to collect.
All materials go to Pioneer Waste Management where they are sorted for recycling, however mattresses are collected separately by Dreamsafe for recycling.
