- Aqua fitness
Popular with people who may not have otherwise been involved in fitness.
- Basic training
Four-week 'Boot Camp' army-style training.
- Les Mills classes
Pre-choreographed group fitness-to-music classes with exhilarating workouts - fresh choreography and music every three months.
- Spin studio
Our spin studio offers programs from beginners to experienced.
- Circuit fitness
Aimed at overall fitness - classes cater for any age/fitness level.
- Weights/cardio
Pin-loaded and freeweights, and an extensive range of cardio electronic equipment.
- Sizzling Seniors
A range of fitness and aquatic activities especially for seniors.
- Short fitness classes
Classes are held at different times throughout the year - past classes have included pilates and basic training.
- Personal training
Individually tailored to your own needs and goals and involves cardiovascular or weight training or both.
- GP referral program
Under this program, a doctor prescribes a fitness program which you bring to our Sutherland Leisure Centre where we tailor the program to include scheduled supervised sessions and assessment.
